INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us (SATBROS SIA, +371 25543690, support@satbros.net, A. Caka street 109-15, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia.) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

However, please do note that for digital services such as online courses the revocation right can expire before the 14 day period. If that is the case for your contract, you will be warned about it separately before conclusion of such contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
